Joseph Aloba is back in the news following an interview with Arise News where he spoke more about the circumstances surrounding the painful death of Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba.

It is no longer news that Mohbad was pronounced dead in Lagos on September 12 after a suspected ear infection. The singer, who was previously signed to Marlian Music, a record label owned by singer Naira Marley, was buried in his hometown of Ikorodu less than 24 hours after his death.

After his death, efforts devoted to unraveling the mystery behind his death proved futile. However, after approximately nine months, toxicology revealed a positive finding for diphenhydramine and antihistamines.

Mohbad’s father said as he sat in as a guest for the interview that the reason he buried his son early was because of tradition.

He further noted that he insisted on the DNA from Wunmi on Liam because of something he heard from one of the late Mohbad’s friends.

Pathologist gives update on autopsy report

Efforts to establish the cause of death of popular Nigerian singer Mohbad have proved unsuccessful.

This is how it is because the Coroner and Pathologist at LASUTH, Prof. Abiodun Osiyemi, has disclosed that the autopsy report to establish the cause of death is inconclusive.
