“Sometimes it’s hard for me to move forward emotionally when I feel unworthy of love. And this is a confluence of past events, of which my husband is only a part, not the sole author. I’m not blaming him for how I feel today, I’m trying not to blame anyone.

“Also, please understand that many days, I’m full of gratitude and hope and feeling strong, and then I can slide into weeks of misery,” she said. “I know it’s all completely normal. That’s why I’m sharing it. It’s real life. It’s the real me.”

The model also added that her sadness has nothing to do with “magical Mr. S” — presumably her most recent ex, screenwriter Aaron Sorkin — who is “one hundred percent exempt from any mess I get myself into.”
