Addison Rae is known for her impressive dancing skills which led her to TikTok fame. And it seems her dancing has also given her a super strong core, which she showed off as she strolled around Los Angeles this week.

The 21-year-old dancer-turned-actress wears a Michael Kors jacket from the MK x ellesse collection. She teamed the jacket with a black sports bra and leggings for a retro, city-chic look.

Addison definitely took the sporty look down and topped it off with a beige purse that had a beaded key chain attached. There is so much retro action going on here, I don’t know where to start. Oh, and did we mention she accessorized with her seriously toned core?

Addison is making the most of the sun this summer, or so it seems from her Instagram. This season’s uniform: bikini. And Addison was agitated.

While her wardrobe is the stuff of dreams, Addison’s daily routine is actually super relatable, according to her. Twitter. “Daily routine: wake up, eat, take a bath, eat, watch youtube videos/podcasts, eat, shower, eat, sleep,” she wrote on her account. Preach.

Despite the comical nature of the post, this celebrity keeps her body fueled with three meals a day and a mid-day snack. She especially loves fruit and has posted about it on Instagram.

In addition to her dancing, Addison also does Pilates and yoga to stay active. And she’s pretty good at these workouts, as some of her impressive poses prove. Just look at that head position:

But of course, Addison’s favorite way to stay active is dancing. As her TikToks make abundantly clear, Addison’s dances are a creative and challenging cardio workout. Dancing is a great way to get your heart rate up and fit in some cardio while also being a fun way to move your body.

Oh, and she also taught Kourtney Kardashian a 6-minute workout that included 30 seconds of fire hydrants on each side, donkey kicks, and fire hydrant extensions, according to Fansided. It sure sounds like a workout that would target your glutes.
