FAIRMONT, W.Va. — An alleged Pagan Motorcycle Club member convicted of murder in Marion County has been sentenced to life without parole.

John Wolfe was convicted in April of this year of killing Henry Silver in September 2022 at an apartment complex in Carolina.

The investigation revealed that Wolfe ordered other members of the Pagan Motorcycle to kill Silver when he found out that his girlfriend was having an affair with him.

Five other people have also been charged in connection with the shooting: Derek Clem, Jonathan Biller, Austin Mullins and Dane Hull, who were arrested and charged with murder following the initial investigation. Ryan Lane, 36, was arrested and charged last week with murder and conspiracy based on testimony in the Wolfe trial.

Wolfe was also sentenced to 1 to 5 years for conspiracy and 10 years for using a firearm in the commission of a felony.
