Man, 3-year-old daughter injured in single-car crash in Torrington

A 41-year-old man and his 3-year-old daughter were injured in a single-car crash Sunday morning in Torrington.

Police say Greg Delre drove his car into a ditch on Norfolk Road.

Investigators say the Ford pickup was found 20 feet below the road in the Hart Brook spillway.

Delre suffered serious injuries.

His daughter suffered non-life-threatening injuries, according to detectives.

It was not immediately clear what caused the crash.
