It is understood that the fight between McGregor and Chandler will continue until the end of June. McGregor, a former two-weight UFC champion, has not fought since breaking his leg against Dustin Poirier in their trilogy fight nearly three years ago. His fight was Chandler was announced last February and Dana White finally gave a date after UFC 300 last month.

Chandler, who has been waiting for McGregor’s chance for over a year, has yet to address the cancellation of the press conference. McGregor sparked concern last week when he appeared to be partying just weeks before the fight, but the Irishman insisted he is fully focused for his comeback fight.
