The Guards Club elimination final is scheduled for June 23

The Guards Club Knockout Final has been rescheduled for Sunday 23rd June at the Scots Guards Club with the usual kick-off time of 4pm. The final will be contested by Sandy Cameron and Cameron May. It was previously scheduled for a Sunday in May, but was postponed due to Sandy being under the weather with a short illness.

Tappers are required to perform a 30-minute set. The set must contain a March, Strathspey and Reel and the pitch of a piobaireachd. A public vote decided the winner of each series, although the finals will include judges.

The Scots Guards Club is at Clifton Terrace, Haymarket (opposite the station), Edinburgh. Entry is £6 and half time pies are available.

The Scots Guards Club was formerly a military club, but membership has been open to all for many years.
