A Spokane Valley man was seriously injured in an early morning stabbing at his home | Spokane News

SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – A man was taken to hospital with possible life-threatening injuries after he was stabbed by someone police believe he knew.

Around 4 a.m., Spokane Valley and Spokane County sheriff’s deputies responded to reports of a stabbing at the 4700 block of East 1st Street and Custer Road.

Upon arrival, police learned the suspect had left the scene and found a seriously injured man inside a mobile home.

Police say the stabbing stemmed from a disagreement that turned into a violent attack, and they don’t believe the incident was random.







Man stabbed in Spokane Valley

The man was taken to the hospital after receiving treatment from first responders and is said to be in serious but stable condition.

SCSO said there is no threat to the public, but did not name the woman a suspect because she has not yet been booked into jail.

The investigation revealed that the woman lived in the same trailer park and knew the victim.
